Day to recharge is always a good one, especially when you are exploring exotic places. One of the things i have learned is that when you travel full-time, you should have days-off travelling to avoid burnout. The best is to have them every 5-7 days. I always try to spend them in familiar and comfortable environment if possible. So i have spend almost full day at my @movenpickmarrakech, doing some pic edits, writing blog post, going to gym, chilling next to the pool and enjoying awesome food here.
During my stay, I had a really cool opportunity to see a bit of insight life at the resort as i was invited to the kitchen to learn about moroccan food. It was great to learn the insight of this huge place, to learn how they keep the standards producing food for up to 2000 people a day and how they syncronize everything. For sure hospitality is an art.
Also have learned more about cuisine itself. Most practical thing i have learned is that food, prepared in tangine is very healthy and it’s not super tricky to make it at home on the gaz. Interesting, but tangine is very different in different parts of Morocco and Marakech version feels the best for me.
